Currently, I am working at AlG Hospitals, Gachibowli, one of the leading Multi- Specialty hopsitals in Hyderabad. GEMS College Of Physiotherapy offers a compelling blend Of facilities and academic structure, making it a noteworthy choice for aspiring physiotherapists.

The institution is well-equipped—boasting separate boys' and girls' hostels, a well-stocked library with both Indian and international journals, departmental laboratories, a cafeteria, gym, sports complex, auditorium, and even a health center for first aid.

Academically, the faculty appears to be strong and approachable, with qualified teachers holding Ph.D.s who are described as helpful and supportive. Choosing GEMS College of Physiotherapy was one of the best decisions I ever made. From day one, the campus felt like a second home—clean, well-equipped, and designed to foster both academic and personal growth.

The faculty are outstanding: deeply knowledgeable, supportive, and always available to guide us through complex topics and clinical skills. I especially appreciated the hands-on training in modern labs and the exposure to real patients through their affiliated health center, which truly built my confidence.

The strong ties the college maintains with industry leaders have already opened doors for internships and placements in top-notch organizations.

What sets GEMS apart is its warm, student-focused atmosphere—staff and peers alike are encouraging and inclusive. I'm proud to be part of the GEMS alumni family, and I feel fully prepared to make a meaningful impact in the field of physiotherapy.

Lecturer at VAPMS College of Physiotherapy, Visakhapatnam

I am Dr. V. Manikanta P T, currently working as a Lecturer at VAPMS College Of Physiotherapy, Visakhapatnam. I had the privilege of being part of the first Postgraduate batch in Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Physiotherapy at GEMS College Of Physiotherapy—an experience that laid a strong professional and academic foundation for my career.

Being the first PG batch, we witnessed the college's unmatched dedication to building a research-oriented, clinically sound, and academically vibrant program. GEMS provided extensive hands-on clinical exposure through its state-of-the-art hospital setup. From managing critical care cases to applying advanced cardiopulmonary rehabilitation techniques, the real-time clinical learning greatly enhanced my practical skills and confidence.

What truly sets GEMS apart is its strong academic culture, which integrates regular case presentations, journal discussions, seminars, and research projects as part of routine training. These academic activities not only strengthened our subject knowledge but also nurtured scientific thinking and presentation skills— skills that I now carry forward in my teaching and research roles.

I am sincerely thankful to my guide, Dr. K. Sowjanya, P T, madam for her patient mentorship and clinical insights, and to our respected Principal, Dr. Rahul Shaik, PT, sir for his visionary leadership, continuous encouragement, and unwavering focus on quality education. I want to especially thank the management of GEMS & Hospital for their vision and uncompromising support in maintaining world class facilities at GEMS, Srikakulam.

GEMS College of Physiotherapy, with its research-driven approach, clinical excellence, and academic integrity, has played a pivotal role in shaping me into a confident and competent physiotherapist. As a proud member of the first PG batch, I can confidently say that GEMS is the ideal place for any aspiring physiotherapist who aims for a holistic and forward-thinking education.

Post-graduation in Cardiopulmonary Physiotherapy at RL Jalappa College of Physiotherapy, Karnataka

My name is Ruth, and I am currently pursuing my post-graduation in Cardiopulmonary Physiotherapy at RL Jalappa College of Physiotherapy, Karnataka. I'm proud to be a graduate of GEMS College of Physiotherapy.

Right from the start, the college provided excellent academic exposure through structured classes, hands-on clinical postings, seminars, and workshops. One Of the most valuable parts Of our learning was the regular case presentations and clinical discussions we were encouraged to participate in.

At the time, they felt challenging—but now, during my postgraduation, I truly realize how much those sessions trained me to think critically, present confidently, and handle real clinical scenarios with clarity.

More than just academics, GEMS gave me a direction. During my internship and final-year project, the college planted a small "nut" in my brain about Physiotherapy in oncology. That exposure to cancer rehabilitation sparked a deep interest which still stays alive within me.

What makes GEMS stand out is how it shapes not just capable physiotherapists, but passionate, confident, and compassionate individuals. The lessons and values I gained at GEMS continue to guide me every step of the way. Thank you.

Being a student at GEMS College of Nursing was one of the most rewarding chapters of my life. The knowledge, skills, and values I gained during my time here laid a strong foundation for my journey as a Mid- Level Health Provider (MLHP) and Community Health Officer.

The college provided not only academic excellence but also practical exposure through clinical rotations, community health postings, and primary care training. These experiences prepared me to face the real- world challenges of public health, especially in rural and underserved areas.

Today, as I serve communities at the grassroots level, I often reflect on the training, encouragement, and discipline instilled in me by the dedicated faculty of GEMS. I take pride in contributing to preventive and promotive healthcare, directly impacting lives where it matters most.

To the current students of GEMS - believe in your journey. You are being shaped into healthcare leaders of tomorrow, and the world needs your compassion, strength, and service."
